I like Judy's suggestions which show the bird much better, but little sacrifice to the wood. |

Doesn't this image jolt a recollection from somewhere in your suppressed past? Very impressive photo, Jessica. I like Judy's suggested crop - there is no information being eliminated, really. Good alertness to this one. |

Well, Leonid, aren't you demonstrating over again your great talent at producing wonderful photos. How did the colorful umbrellas get on this venue? WHO cares?? A great concept and execution. I wouldn't change anything. |

I agree with Robert's opinion that b&w shows this capture best. The vignette is also an effective addition! Good job! |

The green herons are a favorite of mine. You managed to catch this one in a very advantageous pose. It's an overall very attractive presentation. However, I think that the post processing is overdone. The wing coverings and the legs have a feel as though they have been drawn in. They need to be softened to blend more sympathetically with the overall image, in my view. |

The terminal and track, the focus of the photo, are someway subdued by the lovely sky. The terminal and some track brightened, would strengthen the subject of the capture. |

Unlike most of my colleagues. I am not big on cropping heavily on photographs, particularly when it robs the picture of context. As it stands, this car could be outside a grocery store. The purple car tells the viewer that it is on a larger plane! The purple car is distracting? Really?
To me, Dorinda's photo tells a great story about the sibling interaction. I wonder if they will remember it years from now! |
