Nice image - sharply focused and nice colors. I am curious as to your motivations and interest in this subject other than the technical issues associated with the the backlighting one. The four larger bamboo shoots, effectively highlighted by Judy and Dorinda, make a more interesting photograph for me, but I was feeling that your original interest was not at the forefront. |

Thank you, Judy, for clarifying the striking sculpture Leonid has shown us. I especially love how he has framed the second echo version in the main subject. Congratulations, Leonid, If you are listening, for another great photo. |

I was so taken by this image! Judy, you have a real winner here. Some might feel that it is not an original work. But really, in my mind it is - it is along way from a hood ornament to the dazzeling image your have here. Really nice! |

Lovely beautiful colors and contrasts here -- enough, in my view to not pose a distraction to the main subject. Nice and sharp too! |

Beautiful colors in this image and an interesting story to go along with it. It's very hard to get an aperture small enough to provide a wide depth of focus yet still capture the moving bee. The image could be sharpened but that does not detract from it being a quite nice photograph. |

Quite an arresting image, Dorinda. I still am not sure what I am looking at. The seeds I recogize, but I am missing the whole. PS I agree withy you re Blake's instructional talent having watched several of his tutorials on On1 subjects. |
