Beautiful picture. Denali is a special place and your photograph captures it nicely. Very nice balance with interesting foreground and water. |

What a beautiful photograph! I love the subtile colors and texture of the rusting bow and the peeling wooden planking. A perfect setting for the anchor and associated shadows. The blue sky harmonizes as well. Sometimes when a subject lacks bright colors, one is tempted to go b&w to add dramatic effect, but not here! Excellent work, Robert. Your persistence paid off. |

I like the flower effect conveyed by the clustering of the colorful canoes. It is nicely composed and balanced by the tree reflections on the right side. A lot of glare comes through even using the polarized filter. |

I too love your cropping and the colors here. In particular, I love the hands and the glimpse of the sketch she is working on. I like the composition with the lines of her hair and the paper she is working on to lead right to those hands and her work.
Really excellent photograph. |

You have shown me, once again, that you are the master of the abstract image. It holds my attention trying to figure out what it is and how the pieces fit together. I admit to having too little background to appreciate the abstract art. I try to impose a more familiar translation to the symbolism than perhaps is intended. |

Nice Leonid, even blue in the water reflecting your sky replacement. |

Thank you Leonid and Robert for your helpful suggestions. Leonid, your changes are dramatic, for sure, altering the entire mood of the image -- far more cheery than I recall it. I like the crop both of you offer and will look for a more overcast sky to insert with some cloud definition to add some needed life to it. |
