At first glance I thought that was a digitally added textured background and also agree that to remove the 'extra?' stem is a good idea as I found it distracting and leading the eye in the wrong direction. There are more than enough triangles with this flower so it is not needed. Great idea for the months topic! |

Best use of triangles! Great catch, literally! Love this and would not suggest a thing! Thanks so much for sharing this delightful photo! |

I wish the 'weeds' in my yard looked like this one. Great triangle image for the month! I also like the pop of sharp yellow against the vivid purple petals (sepals?), very eye catching. I agree with above about dimming the stem in post editing but I also would have cropped the image so the stem led directly from the corner; just a personal preference and not a critique. |

Another great theme photo this month. The basic shapes hidden all around us in plain sight but rarely notice. Since I love to crop almost every image that was going to be my suggestion, crop out the white item in the lower left corner. I was also a bit distracted by the amount of blue but the more I looked at the photo it mattered less and less. I too have come to appreciate the advantages of cell phone photos and the editing capabilities they offer. My back also appreciates this as well. |

I love the juxtaposition of this, the triangles incased in a wheel. Definitely don't see this type of detail in new cars nowadays. Perfect shot for this months theme. |
