Thanks Pete. Unfortunately I do not have the lower part of the road. I tried to fill in in PS but it looked very artificial. |

Indeed, the saturated colors and the coastline make the photo. The only thing I might suggest is to crop out the two guys from the left (maybe one of them is you) and perhaps also the cars behind. It was a good idea to change the sky. |

Great job bringing out the sky! I also like the composition. Maybe I would try to darken a bit the whole image or at least use a linear gradient filter in LR to darken the bottom of the image. But that's a personal taste |

Pete, it is a great image. I like the "footprints" of the wind, giving a sense of structure. Good idea with the red hat, I also have a red and a green one but never thought to use them for selfies. If your drone would have been slightly lower, than perhaps the line separating the sky and dunes would be ideal. I have to exercise HDR with my drone. |

Drema you might not be sorry for not having better light. The sky is fine as it is and maybe with a more dramatic light you would distract the attention from the basilica - which obviously is the main subject.
But if you go back, maybe you try also to take the picture from a slightly different angle, i.e. to have the big clock directly in front. |

Lisa, I like more the original. There I can see that this is bridge, actuallay an interesting one. You are right, you converted it into an abstract composition, but I do not see it anymore as a bridge - rather a dragonfly :) |
