Nice photo. I played a bit with the Lightroom, you might argue that's overdone, or this was not what you have seen - and you will be right. |

Yes, the red cabin makes this photo. The exposure time was also well chosen. The only thing I miss from this photo is a grizzly-bear sitting in the middle of the snow :) |

The bottom level and in general the foreground is the strongest part of this photo. It's a pity there was not too much water. I would have tried to go a bit in the right not to let interfere the grass with the fall. |

Go Sherry go! It is much cheaper than Tanzania and definitely cheaper than Botswana. But first of all it is very safe, so you can drive yourself the car, which gives the freedom to go and to stop where you want, a dream for photographer. Wildlife is not as rich as in the other countries, yet I got lions, leopard, cheeta and many others and it is easy to spot them. San and himba communities are interesting but first of all fantastic landscapes.
Covid...well...I hope to get the vaccine by July, so one less risk out of the many... |

Never been but it's on my bucket list. The sun is nicely shading light on the mountains in the background, yet I miss some more light on the rest of the image in order to see well the details. The size of the Canyon is frightening. |

I was only once in Pittsburgh in the nineties, without camrea that time so I can't make a comparison. It is a really nice cityscape, good choice to catch the sun between those buildings right before it disappears. It is a bit hazy which perhaps it was in reality. I would have tried to dehaze - which perhaps you did as well and chose this outcome. I would not cut the sky, like Sherry suggests. |

Great performance to "freeze" the flight of the birds. Choosing t=1/3200 was a good choice, I use 1/1600 for birds and not always is enough. What I miss from this "landscape" is the "land". Or anything (sun, tree, etc) that could serve as an anchor point. |
