Very interesting flower, it looks like a propeller. Good job with focus stacking |

Very nice, sharp picture. The drops are improving the quality, yet even without them would be nice. Maybe I would selectively decrese the highlight from some petals. |

Nice sunrise photo indeed. I wonder whether to cut part of the bottom. It is not too interesting and also would shift out the horizons line from the center |

Excellent. Costa Rica was anyhow on my bucket list, now even more. The white spots on his back are part of the frog, or reflections from the flash? |

Very nice! The only thing I might want to change ( yet not sure) is to delete the light green leaf which is out focus. |

Yes, Lynne. I tried
a. only macro lens (100 mm Canon)
b. macro lens + extension
c. 50 mm lens + extension
d. reversed 50 mm
e. reversed 50 mm + extension.
Definitely, e. is the best - yet the DOF very narrow. Because it was an experiment, I used cheap 50 mm lens and cheap extension tube. Most likely I will invest in a higher quality gear. |

Fantastic! I will also try with brown sugar, or copper sulphate or who knows what I will find in my laboratory.
One question: where can I find focus stacking in Photoshop cc? Or simply you send the photos as layers an align 58 layers? Maybe you could describe more detailed the algorythm. |

Indeed, again a nice picture. I also like photographing eyes. I cannot comment on whether b&w or colour is better as I did not see the color version. Especially with blue eyes, colour shots are fantastic too. I agree with the importance of what is reflected in the eye. I took once a photo of my daughter's eye and I myself were reflected. Like parents seen by their chidren. |

Reversed lense photos are a type of macro. One needs an adapter ring which allows you to attach the lens to the camera in a reversed mode. You can use in addition extension rings. I tried out different set-ups like using only extnsion ring with a normal lens, or using lens reversed without extension rings, etc. Reversed lens+extension ring offers evidently the strongest magnification.
Because this is the first time I used this set-up I wanted to try with a cheap lens (cheapest 50 mm Canon) and cheap rings ordered from the ebay. |

No, Mary, I found it dead near my window. The sun coming through the glass was nicely reflected on his eyes, so it came the ide to take (a last) photo of this creature. |

Excellent, I love it. From the scratches I can imagine this watch had a long history. Who could be "F.S."? Mysterious anyhow. |
