The egret is nicely captured with good position in the frame and with great back light on the wings. I would try a small dodge on the birds face to lighten it so the eyes are brought out more. |

I use the Topaz Denoise regularly, especially for images with lots of sky. It does a great job, except with live animals were it can over smooth making them look waxed. By backing off the amount, you can usually find a better setting. |

I agree with my colleagues comments. For me the Boss adds, tend to dominate the image and I want to see around them to view the rest of the shopping mall. |

The white wall is very bright. I might try to selectively tone it down as my eyes are drawn to it and white building. A dark vignette may help.. |

Great capture of osprey and fish. I would crop a bit off the left to move bird off center. It would have been nice to see the top of the wings (I like Stan's suggestion with a tighter crop). |
