I can try to burn them in a bit more which might help. The flowers are translucent so I need to be careful they don't come out muddy. It would have helped I think if the flowers were larger. |

I do like this presentation of the roses. The composition is well done and centering the image works here. If this image were mine, I would clone out the small leaf hanging down in the front of the middle rose. The other thing I might do is add a little more light to the top rose as it seems just a bit too dark. I would like to hear more about your edits in PS and what lens you used. |

This is a fun shot and I like the floor pattern. There are a lot of things you could do with this - I recently saw a paint commercial that had an ocean inside the paint can. You could make the water black with any dark food coloring, create a pattern in the pot with shaving cream and see what images you get… |

Diana, you did a really nice job on the roof and the detail brought out does add interest. The triangles are everywhere and I think your choice to convert this image to mono is a good one. I would think it will do well. As an fyi, Air Force would be 2 words. |

The single broccoli among the other vegetables helps to make the image stand out. You processing is spot on as always. At first the veg in the front bothered me with its rotting bug enhanced features. But the more I looked at the image, the more it seemed to anchor the shot. The only thing that does bother me is the back shadow against the lighter area - makes me wonder where the shadow was coming from. Have you considered perhaps cropping down to the shadow? |

I agree that the red eye should be taken down a bit. That aside, this is a great image that exhibits a nice level of detail, and the background is just right in blur and color. You may have had to wait for this, but it was worth the wait. And of course waiting on Sanibel isn't too hard to take. Nice job! |

Thank you! I really enjoy the effect Harold Davis creates in his images. I recently watched his Photographing Flowers for Transparency" workshops on you tube and not only did I enjoy it, but also learned a lot. |
