62 Jan 17 Comment What an intriguing painting! Generally, I would agree about using the "Rule of Odds" here, but I have a different take on this. Having two boats in the composition could pull in the imagination of the viewer into thinking, "There's more to the story". Good paintings inspire the imagination, and this certainly does! The bubbles really adds to the mystical qualities of this painting! Well done Angela! Jan 18th
