I have never seen a photo like this one of a peacock. Well done. Love the colors and the blue is velvet and made the bird body over powering of the beautiful wing patterns.
Great capture. |

The DOF for a 85mm macro lens is astounding. Sharp from front to back. Looks like 6" to 8". The right side lighting makes my eye focus on the left side then move to the right. The photo reflects a lot of skill and thought brought this photo together. Well done. Why so dark? |

You compensated for the indoor lighting perfectly. I wonder is some more contrast might make the dragon stand out better.
The F/4.o worked well. The gallery people are sharp.
Love your explanation of what is going on it gives the photo more meaning.
A dragon chasing wisdom. Never thought of that. |

I agree with Marion that the eyes need some life. The focus and lighting was perfect. The different teeth structures was what drew my attention. I guess the one on the left is older. |

Well done. This is competition quality. I have done a few trips to Miami to do the same project. Never got close to the clarity and balance of your photo. |

From bottom to top thirds work beautifully. Everything is sharp and clear. The V of the small mountains meeting behind the trees got my interest. Would love to see the scene with out the valley cloud cover. Does the valley run to base?
PS. The orange streaks just to right center of the face of the mounting are: What? Not lava flow. Sunlight off sticks of gold? They differently add to the picture. |
