You have used the word, flat, on others of my pictures so you see something I don't. Please give me an idea of something you would dodge or burn on this image. That would be helpful to me.
Thank you. |

Sharon, I'm so glad that your surgery went well for you. Now you can get back to doing what you love to do. |

Thank you for all suggestions. I do like the plants in the foreground but will play with the sky and water.
Good suggestions all around.

I like everything about the Osprey/fish. They are clear and the bird's eyes capture my interest immediately. Rippling water always catches my interest and makes me happy, and the rippling water beneath the feet is good. For me the water is too blue. I saw that before I saw the Osprey. I suggest something between what you photographed and what you processed. |

I find interest in your emotion attached to the image. I like the original for a rain concept, although I like the feeling of your monochrome. For me the main interest is the center tree. The far right branches detract from that. I would suggest cropping some of the right side so the center tree is tallest.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. |

I very much like your sky treatment. I agree with Pamela that the patterns under the belly show well. I also agree that raising the shadows of the dark areas would enhance the image. I like the vertical crop; however I think a diagonal would look good. |

The ram is quite a strong image worth saving. My first idea would have been trying to clone some of the clear brush onto the blurred but I liked both LC's and Judith's crops more than my idea.. I also like Mike's idea of toning down the background. |

I'm late to the game with apologies. Very interesting image with lots to see. The Galactic Core is amazing and pulls me into the picture. The vertical crop lead me where I need to go. I wonder what it would have been like with a bit less light on the rocks. For me it would have seemed more natural. Your color treatment of sky and rocks is great. You pulled out good color on both.
