Congratulations on your new camera and lens.
I like how you have captured the bee. I think it and the anthers are the story and a crop right where the flowers parts become blurred would put all the focus on the bee, giving enough of the flower to complete the nature story.

I think cropping in on the fish will help especially since the fish is quite clear.
I don't shoot in water so can offer no suggestions. I'm curious if Mike will have suggestions. |

I agree with Pam's observations. The nature story is a good one. You did not tell how you processed. The grasses in the top right are a bit brighter than the rest of the image. I would suggest blending them into the picture. |

I like your crop which focuses on the important part of your nature story. The colors in the wood ducks are lovely. I suggest lowering the levels of the background to give more focus on the ducks. |

This is a wonderful image. The feathers are so sharp and pull me into the photo. I like what they are standing on as well. You have done a good job of deleting distracting vegetation.
I think your yellows are too saturated. The original seems to have more detail in those areas. |

Thank you. I dodged a bit over the branches but was afraid of brushing too much and catching the sky with it. |
