I thought about getting on the same level but could not. This was the best I could do. |

The whites are clear, the feathers sharp. I think your crop works just fine; however I'd like to see a bit more of the surroundings. Except for the top where brown trees fill the space, there is a lot of water that would give interest to the shot. However, your interest might have been only on the duck. In that case, it worked. |

The shot is fun and draws my attention. You captured the booby in interesting action. Its body is clear. I would suggest dodging its eyes to pull my attention there. I would also crop some of the blurred leaves on the left. For me they are a distraction. |

I like how the foreground begins with rocks then leads me around the river. What attracted me to the image were the ominous colors and murky sky in the original. I think the answer is somewhere between the original and the final process. In my opinion, your final image has shadows a bit too high in the leaves. I think more green and less yellow would add to the final image.

Very well done, and an interesting story. Every part of the butterfly is sharp especially the eye. I like the yellow on the wing. It is part of the story, and because it is clear and sharp, I know it is as meant to be.
If you have data, I'd like to see a few more pixels added to the top above the image. |

I do like that and will work with it. Thank you. I had a hard time deciding what to do with that nasty background. Your suggestions work. |
