Nick, If you try the 2 Go-Pros, make sure they are both set to the same resolution. My son's Go-Pro was set to 3X4 and mine was set to wide angle and we didn't know it until we got home. I had a hard time matching the right and left views in the video software. We did create a good 5 min. video of wipeout hill. |

Yes - over powering. Your image shows the magnificence of the simple chaple. One can see how it used to take many many years to build a church like this. It is hard to move people around that moved when taking a "cha-cha" shot and not have the area around them look like a flat cardboard cut out in the 3D of the rest of the picture. |

My first thought was "a pretty picture of leaves" - then I read your comment and realized that the larva was the point of the image. By lightening up the larva some in PhotoShop might bring one's attention to it more at first glance. Did you use SPM to wrap the image on the surface of the sphere? When I used that function on a square image in SPM, I seemed to get the top, bottom and sides of my image way to much compressed like this appears. To get around that, I would have used a larger image, with this portion of the larva view in the center, and wrapped the whole image on the sphere and then cropped the outer parts using PhotoShop. The main 4 leaves and the larva all fuse well in 3D but the rest of the image doesn't work that well. |

Nice 2D-3D conversion. I can see the clouds way above the surface of the earth. Did you use part of the actual earth image in SPM depth map with the "white" clouds to make the clouds appear above the earth? When I look closely at the moon, it looks like you used depth map on that too, as the dark spots on the moon seem to be above the roundness of the moon surface. It's a nice view with the earth just barely floating in front of the screen and the moon way out, 4 inches into my room. |

I like the image. It has great depth with good focus - a deep set of columns with a center focus and a little of color on the sides. As I contemplate the image, I keep wondering why the fence shadow is curved. The fence looks straight, but the shadow is curved. |

Great image. It makes me feel like I'm right down there in the "canal" looking close at the "bridge". |

Beautiful image. You did a good job in isolating the flower from the background when you applied the blur in PS. I went back and looked at the 2018 image you mentioned but I liked that one better. Just my opinion, but the circular motion blur in the background seems to conflict with the apparently not moving flower in front. The right side of the flower is blurred a bit but the left side isn't. If you want to use blur, I think the image would look better with a simple blur for all the background part to emphasize the flower. |
