When looking at the "Boogy Man" image using the two left images and the "moon" is behind the head of the boogy man, then you are seeing the correct 3D and you are seeing it using "parallel eyed" method. On the other hand, using the same two left images and the "moon" is in front of the boogy man, you are seeing the cross eyed method. Does that help any? |

You know, I have noticed also, that several of the past images when viewed either normal or cross-eyed 3D are quite acceptable. I wonder why? The only thing I could guess is that these images are so small that one tends to ignore the reversed 3D parts. Or maybe, as our brain does a good job in seeing depth when we look at a flat image then here, our brain just fixes the reversed 3D parts and we don't know it. Oh well! |

Yes, the face is dark, but that's the way I wanted it. I took several pairs and the ones that were lighter weren't that spooky to me. The eyes were on cupcakes from last Halloween. I had to drill holes in the pupils so I could see what I was doing. |

Great image - a little monochromatic and drab, but I guess that is exactly the color it was. Like the other Iceland image, it's hard, at first, to see how big this is and your information is welcome. The center peak of ice could easily be 25 meters high and still be reasonable. |

The W3 flash always makes funny shadows that seem to stick to the subject, but they aren't that bad here. Like most cats I have had, Murphy seem a typical feline not caring a bit what you are doing and just being himself. Meow! Wow! |

Great image, but not a lot of 3D depth. I wish I had my fishing pole and could jump in and go fishing. |

Great image and explanation of your photographic technique. I can see how each had an effect on the image. I'll have to try some of your procedures some time. |

At my first glance I thought "boy that's a great image" but when I looked at it in 3D the tree was a little to much way out in front. There are a few in our 3d community that feel a window violation like this is OK but most feel it's not good. However, I did like the way the tree grabbed my attention - so - I copied it and adjusted it so the trunk of the tree was just at the window and some of the branches were out in front. It still had the tree saying "look at me first and enjoy the beautiful panorama that I'm in after". (with no window violation) |
