Ed, you definitely captured the sense of age and endurance with your image. You choose a good angle to capture both sides and also from a lower viewpoint.
I think it is great you made a record this building. So many disappear and are lost. |

I appreciate your helpful comments. I includes the sheer cliff at the bottom to emphasize the inhospitable landscape, but might try cropping it more. I will work on the top with the LR grad and dehaze |

Penguins are such good models. You were good to isolate them as it is such a busy place. I really like the interaction between the birds.. The back ground is s little distracting to my eye |

You have captured the hypnotic quality of the eyes, especially the eyes of the Granny. I really like the tight crop. Maybe the last image is a bit over processed, to my taste. You caught an intimate moment perfectly |

Kristi, It is a wonderful building. The windows are beautifully balanced and I like the triangle at the top matching the one below. I don't mind the graffiti too much. In fact, I am impressed they could write their names so high! The moody sky adds to the poignancy of your image. |
