I revisited this image and find that your scattering of the pollen and Maria's blurred background are more to my taste. The pollen is quite well drawn, and Maria's background will still satisfy Peggy's fantasy to another world. |

Actually, I did want the house and the horse and buggy to look HDR-esque. I didn't render the sky because the colors red and blue usually are difficult to manage with HDR software. |

You did a very nice job putting this composite together. The water, sky, and the osprey work beautifully together and remind me of the Maine coast or of many parts of Iceland. The beautifully painted beach huts, however, seem out of place and, for me, detract from the wonderful job you did combining everything else and break the mood the latter additions create. This image is worth revisiting as it has a lot of potential. |

I'm not sure if the woods are covered in snow or covered by icicles, but it doesn't matter. The young lady is definitely, bravely entering another world, and the mist/fog/blown snow helps her to become part of her environment. I'm wondering if darkening the woman's face or extending the hood will help make her less realistic. This is a nice image. |

I enjoy your bird/flower composites. I think you have used this bird before, and I don't blame you. It's a good image. The out of focus background helps focus the eye on the bird and flower; however, the bright flowers on the right side of the image draw the eye away from the bird/pollen/flower. Also, I feel the pollen should be scattered so it doesn't look like the bird is relieving himself. This composite definitely has potential. |

You have a beautiful sky here, and the idea of having reflections is a good one. I have a couple of suggestions that I feel would improve this image. There is sufficient lighting to create shadows, and shadows would add weight and depth to the animals. They look too cut-and-pasted without the shadows. In addition, the animals are not to scale. The lion is too large. He's half the height of the elephant and is as tall as the giraffe's stomach. Correct these errors and lighten the reflection, and I think it would add a great deal to your composite. |
