I just finished reading "The Four Winds" by Kristin Hannah, a book about a family's attempt to survive the Dust Bowl in the 1930's. This image is a perfect illustration of their story. A truly eerie coincidence. |

I owe the revision to Peggy's observations. My 40-something year old son has recently discovered the Beatles. He sees their music as "classic." Makes me feel old. |

I could alter the opacity of the violinist to make him more visible, but the overall image is more balanced with him in the window on the viewer's right. The building is in a ghost town outside of the town of Kolmanskop, Nigeria, a short distance from the port city of Luderitz. |

Thank you for your supportive and informative feedback. I agree with you about "less is more," so I replaced the female ghost with the male ghost so he can play plaintiff music on his violin. I moved the violinist because I felt the image is better balanced with him more towards the center. |
