Group Round C/R Comment Date Image
48 Feb 17 Reply Hi Cheryl... this taken last April... I would have to go back and look for the information you want to know about settings, and such. It was and extremely bright day.. I did a lot of cropping because, as I stated before, I was in a boat in the rain forest and it was not all that close to this little guy... I can tell you that I used the long lens...I will try converting it to b/w... maybe you are right... maybe it WOULD in fact tone it down a bit. Feb 13th
48 Feb 17 Comment I would not sharpen it at all... Feb 12th
48 Feb 17 Comment No... don't try to warm it up... It is fine the way it is.... It is a beautiful place and a terrific shot...And I agree with Nancy... the mountain could be a bit sharper... Feb 12th
48 Feb 17 Comment ABSOLUTELY keep the bubbles... They add so much to the image! Feb 12th
48 Feb 17 Comment Neil... another WINNER!!! I love this image! If I HAD to mention anything at all... I would just brighten it just a tad...not a lot.... I would like to see his hat a little more defined...Terrific shot!!! His eyes are haunting! Feb 10th
48 Feb 17 Comment LOVE the monochrome... it looks like a charcoal drawing! I find it a very interesting image. Feb 10th
48 Feb 17 Comment Nancy, you were fortunate to find these guys! The image is plenty sharp enough, but the bears seem to get lost in the image. Perhaps if you cropped the top quarter of the mountains and took about half of the left side (in front of the bear), they would stand out a bit more. Otherwise... a fun image! Feb 10th
48 Feb 17 Comment Oh Margaret! I want to go there!!! I think you made the whole image a bit "blue" this time. I still see some haze in the mountains, but it doesn't bother me as much as the blue tint. Great shot though! Feb 10th
48 Feb 17 Comment This is a terrific image! It is not often we can catch the moment a glass breaks and the liquid spills out... Very well done! However... just my humble opinion, I would crop the top a bit (perhaps by half)... it seems to be "wasted space" that really doesn't add to the image. Feb 10th
48 Feb 17 Comment Bev, I am sorry, but I have to agree... the shadow is too light. As a matter of fact, I would leave the boat off completely... I don't think it adds anything to the image. I love the sunset.. I find the boat distracting. Feb 10th
