I like it. That tree reserves stardom. |

Love the tree. Any thought to cropping closer to just that tree or the tree and just past the light bushes on the right, and maybe some off the sky and grass at the bottom leaving the trees reflection.
There is a tree like this near me. I find myself retaking it in the various seasons and with various clouds. |

Spot on. Only thought is whether cropping slightly on the right and left will add anything (more emphasis on the lighthouse) and repetitive light fixtures and steel framework on the walkway. Lighthouses, waves and storms are a subject here. An example is the winner of the WACCO Spring 2022 competition (is on the internet). |

Sounds like a tough shot and editing out the barbed wires is not easy. I'm told Photoshop content aware is a great tool. Another angle on this may be to crop to emphasize the sign and security with the barbed wire (maybe adding some wires). |

Welcome James. I like the subject, old jails and factories are a great subject and often rare to find (get access to). Like the angle and leading line. Not sure if you can increase the detail to increase the peeling paint. Also not sure if you can slightly darken the exit door.
I really like the B&W for this photo and the subject.
You may want to play with slider to see if you can increase the light to dark. |

Reminds me of where I often end up even without the rain storm. Interesting shot but needs the title to interpret your story. Maybe a different angle like showing the bench at the tee or a closer shot to emphasize the flag at the hole.
Shot nice and crisp - a steady hand. |
