Mike, I like the sharpness and crispness of the head of the roseate. I feel there is a little too much blur to the image and wing area - just me being more of the purist in nature. I also notice a purple/magenta tint on the top edge of the wings that I believe is from processing as it does not show in the original. Close to the underside of the body in the wing area the same color is present. |

Leave it to you to take a piece of swamp muck and algae and turn it into a piece of art. I did have difficulty seeing your faces and angel but did find them and now can't unsee them. (Great Puzzle). My main focus on this image was the bubbles. I find them very compelling and interesting with different colors and sizes. I feel Mike's rendition added a little better definition in most details. I am also wondering if you cropped down from the top to remove some of the reddish area and make it look less obvious and that way you could keep your angel. |

Polly, I like your cropped and edited version presented. The bunny's face, eyes and fur really stand out enhancing the image. I am wondering if the sticks in the background could be just a little darker helping the bunny have a little more pop. Nice capture. |

Alley, My first look at this image it was hard to find a bee in the center of the stamen and felt the colors needed to be redirected to highlight the bee better. I do like how Mike was able to better clarify the bee. I also feel his cropping and color fixes have some great merit but of course those options are up to the maker and what they want people to see in the image. |

Wonderful capture. I like the velvet feel of the water and the contrasting colors of the rocks especially the moss covered rock with the colorful leaves resting on it.
Enjoy it on your wall, it is beautiful. |

Sharon, Wonderful shot of a very hard subject to get perfect. You captured the Skimmer well with no signs of the usual problems of top being too bright or shadows underneath on the belly side. Wing position is good as they don't produce shadows underneath the wing feathers. Great catch light in the eye and a super reflection. Spots of concern and I know they just can't be removed are the few white drops of water and the back water swirl above the wing. I'm not sure how to handle either. |
