49 Aug 19 Comment The shooting details were not mentioned in the description of the image. I thing a different f stop would have put the beak in a little sharper focus. I can't enlarge the image to see the reflection of people. I find if I get lower that help remove the people reflection problem. I am assuming this was a nesting location by the angle of the shot as these birds spend 90% of their lives in the air. Aug 19th
49 Aug 19 Comment Wonderful image and cityscape. Beautiful view and colors in the city and the sky. I realize this is a composite image but I have an general area of the image that bothers me. In the center left it looks like two hilly or mountain areas that are light and separated by a darker V shape. If you follow that line around the image to the right that lighter area appears to follow the foot hills around the image. I don't know how to handle this. I tried to use the dehaze slider and the clarity slider a little and I think it helped a little. I don't know maybe it was fog starting but it caught my eye looking unnatural. Aug 19th
49 Aug 19 Comment Bright colorful and very different. My only suggestion would be to post the original so one can see the difference in the editing and creating you did. Aug 19th
49 Aug 19 Comment Like the image. Great detail, color and clarity in the lady, the flowers she is holding and the vegetables on the table. My only suggestion would be to fix some of the hot spots on the beans in the green basket in front. Aug 19th

52 Aug 19 Comment Wonderful image. In my opinion I feel that the presented version has lost a little of the pop in color that was in the original - especially on the incoming duck in the upper left.
Just my eye and opinion on a well presented image.

52 Aug 19 Comment I have to agree with the others and especially with Sharon on the single focus point. I also think that with the crop and edition that some of the colors in the flower have now become harsh red blotches. This is a difficult subject in flight to capture. Aug 19th
52 Aug 19 Comment Nice image. The first thing that really caught my eye was the shadows in the mouth and the underside of the wing. I think I would try to lighten them up a bit. I love the clarity, the action of screaming and the catch light in the eye. Feather detail is also tack sharp and presented well. Aug 19th
52 Aug 19 Comment The colors and subject matter are great. The first thing that caught my eye though was the focus appears to be on the flower and the butterfly appears soft and out of focus. I ran the image through Topaz Gigapixel that has a part of the program that helps with clearing up some focus problems then went to camera raw and as John suggested added some clarity and then a small amount of texture.
Your thoughts on this?

52 Aug 19 Comment Wonderful image. Sharp, clear and well presented. The eyes and each hair are magnificent. I wouldn't change a thing.
I do have a question though. Did you use any extender tubes to get such a wonderful image or was it just the 180 macro?

52 Aug 19 Comment I like this nature image. Natural bird in it's natural environment. I understand that camouflage is part of the story and has been captured well here but I feel there should be a way to separate the head and shoulder areas from the background a bit more. I think the blooming grass (?) on the left lower side of the chest area show how well the animals coloring and environment meld together nicely. The darker brown areas on the top don't bother me.
