would love more detail -- presets in PS? I know about presets in lightroom and in ACR, but tell me more about presets in PS.
Where were the textures from? your own or purchased? what blend mode?
The two birds are positioned well and interacting with each other and your choice of textures lightens the image and changes the feel. |

i love the feel of the final image, the church and the birds against that sky, wow. The sunflowers are composited in nicely. I did not even see the granddaughter until I looked at the guide images, not sure, she might blend in a little too well...
very creative! |

Great goals! "My goal was to have an artistic result while learning some new steps."
The final image has an artsy feel and the mottled green background contrasts nicely with the pink flower.
I love using the color blend mode, great exercise. If you look at the original flower images, there are two yellow flowers and one light lime green bright awea. New layer, change blend mode to color, sample the greens and paint on the new layer to change the color of those three "distractions".

I like the path and the smudge adds to the story. The colors and bright and dramatic
i would tone down the whites a the top and very bottom.

I love this! Creating aliens and such is a lot of fun. This is very well done. The sky and the light rays add to the image.
perhaps having it coming out of the water? |
