very cool use of puppet warp!
I like the concept and the starry background you chose. I am not sure about the symbols. |

This is lovely and converts a nature image into a fine art image. Wonderful!
I would paint or clone out the white blob above the bird's head. |

I love the curve in the stem. The original and the final creation are quite interesting.
The edited version is very dark in the upper left, lower right and next to the leaf so perhaps lighten them or add some muted color there. |

I love the end impact of the image, I have seen geese blast offs and your creation really helps depict the energy.
I live the effect, the color, the energy.
My only idea for improvement is flip the image -- we read left to right -- so the image might read better flipped. |

Camera stacking is really fun, and efficient since you do not need to do all of the work in PS. I love being able to see the image develop on the back of the camera.
Daylight live composite for cloud Stacking takes one base image for the ambient light exposure and then "freezes" those pixels and subsequent images are added on using lighten blend mode -- only new light is added.
You can cloud stack in PS. Take lots (in this case 101) of sequential images and stack them and change the blend mode of all but one to lighten blend mode and then put all (but one in a group) and put a mask on the group and mask the foreground back in. |

This is a fun composite, the people added are realistic looking and they make the scene interesting. The three people added gives our eyes a triangle to look around in.
The only thing for possible improvement is to crop or clone out the yellow sky |

There is a lot going on in the scene. I understand your desire not to swap out the sky, but the eye is drawn to the lightest part of the image, which is the sky, so at least dark in after you have tone mapped it, or bring in the sky from the -2
The building and needs some geometry adjustments and I like Max's idea of getting rid of some of the left and the power lines.
Remember that DD is not a photo contest, but a way to put in images of things that you are trying out or new techniques or images that are "almost" there. The idea is not to put in your best like you might in a camera club, but rather provide images that can offer suggestions, inspiration, etc.
I edited it this way... |

I like your edit Max. The scene had a lot in it and this made it pop more. |

This is a wonderful scene, you have captured, with a wonderful flow in the water. I love the leaves and the way that the water and leaves allow the viewer to "flow" thru the image.
I have never used the shift Alt < > shortcut to rotate the clone/heal stamp, but I do keep the clone source panel open in my PS workspace, and you can enter any angle there as well |

I love the scene and it makes me yearn for spring and no snow and exploring outdoors again. The tone mapping is nicely done. I would love to travel with you as you always seem to
I flipped it and saturated the sky, which bought out the sunrise too. I also applied a color blend mode to the fog and trees and took out some weeds. |

I have never tried succulents in IR -- this has inspired me! It has an ethereal look to it that is very appealing.
I see the conversation about noise and Topaz DeNoise is great.
I do prefer Henry's crop, although I can recognize the story telling aspect as to why you chose your crop. Even with the knowing the storytelling I still find the right side distracting, especially the few details on the right |

I like how creative you were for this image Judy. The conversion is interesting, but flipping it and showing us the reflections adds a lot of interest and spices it up a lot.
I would clone/crop out the small details at the edge of the right side to keep us in the frame. |

Very glad to see that you are going back to older images. I have many images hiding out in my hard drive yet to see the light of day.
An Interesting scene that takes us from left to right and then right into the island. The sky adds a lot. I would darken the land in the bottom right as it draws the viewers eye from the island. |

Interesting subject matter and you choose a good angle and composition. The PP to the red foliage adds pop and contrast to the sky.
To improve? Not much, it's pretty neat. Perhaps it is lightly crooked leaning to the right a tad, the road not the sculpture gives it that impression, so you could instead darken the road. |
