Great image. I like the composition and the conversion to B&W gives it a cool damp feel. I think sharpening the board and chess pieces would make them pop a little. |

Great image and as Bollin points out a good use of the rule of thirds. The sharpness and colors are good, but I would try to bring out more of the colors to add a little pop. |

Great image. I like the composition, sharpness and colors. The post processing is a great example on what can be done with the many tools in Lightroom. |

The lens is a Sony FE 4/24 - 105 G OSS. Yes, it is my go-to lens especially when traveling. If I am with a group, taking time to change lens's is not always an option. |

Great composition. The color is a little flat, especially the greens, which could be improved in post. I also like the reflections of the tree and the bridge. Too bad there is not someone walking along the path. |

Great shot, but I think the highlights and shadows are blown out which make parts of the bird look a little blurry. I agree with Bollin it would be nice to see the bird's claws. I agree that having manmade objects will not work in competitions but getting it right in camera, especially a moving bird, is difficult. I would take the image a little larger so I could remove the manmade material and resize in post. |

Great image. I like the colors and the sharpness so the water droplets on the petals are sharp. The change to a diagonal greatly improved the image. |
