Good action shot and the movement of the hands and feet is enough to show the motion. Good composition, color and lighting. I would try toning down the back wall a bit. Since red is such a dominant color it tends to take over the image. |

Really well done. The intricate arms radiating out of the center of the flower head are gorgeous and tack sharp. Depth of field is spot on with enough blurring of the background to make the flower arms pop. The white edges of the flower head make for nice leading lines and help focus the eye on the subject. An improvement would be to include the white edge, which is cut off on the top, and move the white spot on the right edge in a little so it does not touch the side. |

Happy New Year to you. This is an interesting image of the lighting decoration which is hard to do especially from a moving truck. I like the crop and the removal of the poles holding it up, but wonder if the horizon were horizontal, it would look better. |

A wonderful sunrise image with great color and light, and an interesting composition. I think if the sky was darkened a little, the sun shining on the sand would draw the eye. This is important because the sun and shadows on the sand is, to me, the subject. I agree with Brian about the key stoning. I also would remove the vents on the top of the building. |

Very well scene, a perfect example of looking for interesting things to photograph in places you would not expect to see something. My first reaction was the water is too bright and what is the subject? Then I noticed the curvature of the reed and its shadow. I took it into LR where I played with the Luminance sliders in the HSL panel I also adjusted the highlights and shadows. This darkened the reed and made it stand out some more. In PS CC I removed the clutter in the lower left corner since it competed with the reflection of the reed. |
