Thanks for the nice comments. Devil's Tower is a National Monument in northeast Wyoming. Beautiful place. |

I am a believer that post processing is a integral part of the production of a final image. I always soot a bit wider than what I think the final image will need just so I have some wiggle room in post. For the last several years I have also been bracketing all of my shots which do not have movement or people. |

A duck shot one does not see very often. It holds the eye and has enough of the background for the viewer to know what is going on. I find the bright background a distraction. I imported in to LR and used the radial filter to darken and blur the background. I also added a little sharpening to the ducks face. See if you like it. |

This image makes me want to be there. The light is great and the colors really draw the eye. I like the sharpening done by Stuart, but find the foreground of the water to be unneeded negative space. I think removing the water and changing the aspect ratio makes a stronger image. See if you like it. |

You always have beautiful flower pictures from your yard. I like to framing of the fence and the way it separates the foreground from the background. On my screen the flowers look soft and the fence looks in focus. I would try to shot it again and get the camera to focus on the flowers. |

This image pops and tells a great story. I like the way you enhanced the colors and agree with the cropping. My guess is it is close to becoming pixelated due to the significant initial crop. You may want to try bracketing the next time you get this type of shot and combining the images in post. |
