The image is a pleasing abstract. The composition is good but since it is not horizontally correct (which I do not think is a problem) I would try adding some space above the horizontal line on the top to reduce the impact of its placement on the edge of the image. The color pallet is complimentary and warm. I also have begun using Topaz Studio 2 and enjoy the different effects I am able to get. |

The image definitely has a WOW in your face impact. It is real sharp where it needs to be and the background is nicely blurred. The composition of the stem coming out of the corner increases the impact. The colors and lighting are good. I would like to see more of the top of the flower head. |

The image has a mysterious quality, is the viewer being stared down or is the cat deciding what action to take to this intrusion of its space? The light is good and bad, it illuminates the cat very well but also makes the shelf to bright. The face of the cat is nice and sharp and the back fur is nicely blurred. I would darken or blur the front of the shelf to reduce its impact. |

The image has great visual impact and leaves me with a warm peaceful feeling. I like the composition with the contrast between the evergreen with its beautiful snow and the almost bare limbs of the deciduous tree. The lighting is wonderful and adds to the warm feeling. As an experiment, I wonder what it would be like as a black and white. |
