The photo was not selected for the exhibition, but another one I submitted was. |

Love the colors and do not have a problem with what it is since it is an abstract. For my personal taste it is a bit washed out. I darkened the luminance in Lightroom. The result is in the thumb nail. |

I like all of the activity, it clearly is a frenzy. Some of the birds look a little soft which makes it difficult for the eye to stop on any one area before moving to the next. I would remove the partial bird flying into the image because it adds a bright object on the edge which attracts the eye away from the frenzy. |

This is a different type of shot which I like very much. It is not easy to shot the back of a head and make it work. My eye went directly to the bright spot between the man and the flag which I found as a distraction. I added a graduated filter in Lightroom to darken it a bit and cropped the right side to remove the tree branch. I see you shot at 1/25 of a sec. Were you on a tripod? |

Great shot of your grandson, but I agree with Audrey and Marla it is too small. It seems to be sharp, and is well composed. I would tone down the bright spot in the upper left corner. |

I like this photo and agree with Marla thet the rose bud looks a little soft. The brightness of the white flowers and the background pulls the eye away from the rose bud. I cropped the photo in Lightroom, reduced the luminance of the wood in the background, and added a vignette. The result is in the thumbnail. I also wonder if moved to the right so the light on the rose bud is is more from the rear right. |
