Great shot. I agree with the crop that Marla did it really helped focus the eye. Depending on your intent the cut off tails would be a issue in a competition. |

Great photo, I need to get back to Munich. The low camera angle provides a great view and the composition is great. The HDR is not overdone, in fact if you would not have mentioned it I would not have guessed it was HDR. I agree with the others there is nothing to change. That said I always like to play around to see if anything is better. The photo looked a bit tilted, and I mean a very small bit, and the whites seemed a bit bright. I imported to Lightroom and checked the horizontal line which I adjusted a very small amount. I also cropped the left and right side to eliminate the half statues in the upper corners but kept the full end of the pews underneath them. I also brightened the shadows which has the effect of not making the whites so bright. The result is in the thumbnail.
Another thought occurred to me. Do a vertical pano which would allow including more of the ceiling. But that is for next time. |

A nice clear shot of the ducks which is sharp except where there is movement which give the photo a real life feeling. When I first looked at the photo my reaction was that something is missing. I think it is cropped to tight. In addition to giving the duck on the right space to move into, you may want to make it a pano and include all of the duck on the left. |

Wow, we do not get nice sunsets like this in Maryland. The colors and their contrast with each other is really good and the texture of of the clouds adds a nice look. I wondered what would happen if it was sharpened a bit. I tried that in Lightroom and the result is in the thumbnail. You can decide which you like better. |

Great colors, they really give the photo a serine feeling. I like the framing by the trees and the cropping on the sky is really good. I agree with Kim that cropping some of the bottom would make the house larger while still keeping the effect of the fence. |

I also like old cars and photographing them is lots of fun. Crowds are always a problem but you have done a very good job given the circumstances. The exposure is right on and I like the sharpness. Your handling of the bright sun on the chrome is excellent. Personally, I like the version in your reply to Vince, but it is really a different approach, more about the car as opposed to the grill. Couple of thoughts, make the version in your reply square and arrange so part of each headlight is in the photo. Also, the next time you are shooting lower the camera so the lens is in the middle of the grill, even if you can not get a straight on shot. |
