4 Feb 26 Comment Hi Erik
Great piece of photojournalism, the horse is captured at absolute full stretch, the rider readying his arms to try and lessen the impact of the fall and the 2 attendents in the arena looking straight at the main subject.
Top image Erik.

4 Feb 26 Comment Hi Vella
A lovely piece of photo travel, the wonderful bright colours of the surroundings contrast wonderfully with the darker clothing of the dancers, its not staged its natural which is brilliant.
As you may know Vella I do a lot of work with the latin American community in Liverpool I believe the dance may well be La Cueca originating in Chile it represents a courtship dance between a rooster and a hen and always involves the flourishing of handkerchiefs.
I have attached a picture I took of the dance at La Feria 2024

4 Feb 26 Comment Hi Guy
What a great spot and I imagine not as easy to photograph as you have made it look, for me the crop is perfect the structure top centre really seems to hold the eye in and is so important to the overall effect of the image. Such a clever image.

4 Feb 26 Comment Hi Bill
You are an innovator and truly kind for passing on the outcomes of all your thoughts and searches for enhancing your work your generosity is so appreciated by myself and I would be sure in saying the rest of the group.
The lead in line is fabulous and the low level gives real scale to the building, the sky in the original is fabulous the second image has really brought out the best out in the sky, a top top image.

4 Feb 26 Comment Hi Gary
I can so see why you visited this stunning library a magnificent piece of architecture, the positioning of the large table in the foreground not only gives wonderful balance but gives scale to the the impressive size of the building like the others I am full of admiration for your ability to capture such a pin sharp image hand held at 1/8s.

31 Feb 26 Comment Hi Ed
So sorry I somehow overlooked commenting on this image sincere apologies.
I love the way the lighting is highlighting the mans right side helping to highlight him great D.O.F. wonderful study of concentration and because of the angle you have taken it from you can clearly see what he is working on.
A wonderful study.

31 Feb 26 Comment Hi Ella
As soon as I looked at your image I remembered Peter had recorded this amazing installation previously.
As already said the isolation of the place really stands out due to the location you have chosen to shoot it from ,the fence on the right really holds your eye on the main subject I really would not like to try and sit on that saddle.

31 Feb 26 Comment Hi Michael what a dramatic landscape, the sky and clouds are amazing beautiful tones on the mountainside, the bay cutting in from the right middle perfectly placed in the frame and the foreground lighting is surreal, beautifully processed top top landscape. Feb 15th
31 Feb 26 Comment Hi Peter
You sure get to some extreme locations but your certainly get the most out of your travels.
Composition as always spot on the 2 huts in the foreground direct the eye through to the mid ground and the stunning mountain backdrop.
So well thought out.

31 Feb 26 Comment Hi John
Great textures as already said the low, strong sun really accentuates the shape of the twig and adds contrast to grid of straight lines as does the twig where it cuts across the the gridded lines.
Your keen again has not let you down
