Hi Erik
I could look at this all day the tear drop shape formed by the rocks is the best frame I have ever seen it invites you to look beyond and take in the distant rock formations beautifully composed everything just sits together so well I want to step through the frame and head towards the rock formations.
I could so happily live with this picture on my wall. |

Hi Bill
I am loving your vertical panoramas something so different but the detail you get in these images is amazing and you really do get an idea of size and scale, the lighting is beautifully handled, the swirl of stain glass sweeping around to the window above the altar is priceless for me.
Would so love to see more of your panoramas they fascinate me. |

Hi Guy I could be totally wrong on this it would not be the first time, having seen quite a few pictures of this manic junction I think there is a massive area of stripes across the middle and slimmer ones leading towards it and organised chaos ensues in the middle. |

Hi Isaac for me you have more than fulfilled your brief for the competition, you are not led towards the subjects but absolutely dragged towards them, love the contrast between the pure black and white foreground and the colour explosion it leads you towards but they sit so well together, this deserves to do so well for you. |

Hi Gary
Such a calming image and the lighting at that time of the morning is for me perfect,I like the little bubbles on the surface of the water they just break it up a touch but not too much to be a distraction for me they add to scene. I am not a nature photographer but I would give it a go in a nature comp plus it is catching its breakfast so that adds to the story. |

Hi Erik
So many thanks my friend but I am so lucky I do get privileged positions and access at these events, but I am very aware people come to see these wonderful performers not the photographer so I try and ghost around between performances. |

Hi Michael
As already said your image emphasises the remoteness of this beautiful little Church it must almost be a pilgrimage to get to it,the composition is beautifully balanced with the hills either side, some lovely lighting on the foreground, lovely detail throughout even in the darker areas.
I can see why you are eager to go back. |
