Hi Vella
I agree with Guy the 2 signs are very important as they give the eye something to focus on as we leave the bridge and move through the picture.
In the original you have the wonderful natural tones of the wooden bridge I detect a slight magenta / blue cast on the right hand side try reducing these tones slightly and see if it brings some of the natural browns out.
Really well seen and presented. |

Hi Guy
Wonderful imagination but sometimes turning imagination into reality is a different matter but not for you, brilliantly thought out and executed,I actually like the sky the tones are in keeping with the tones of the statue, really really well done. |

Hi Gut
I have to admit this was not my shoot 2 other guys one videoing it and one taking stills were in the firing line just as I approached one of them said got the shots thanks so I dropped to my knees very quickly were i was and got the shot seconds before they disappeared in several different directions,so as the saying goes at least get one in the bag and thats all I could get. |

Hi Isaac
Wonderful seperation between the 3 figures 2 walking in opposite directions withe the middle figure straight on absolutely perfect, love the splash of colour at the bottom to give a contast brilliantly seen and presented.
We must have been in silhouette mode as I have posted a silhouette picture on Group 31 this month but nowhere as good as this. |

Comicons are fun from start to finish so much fun and good nature which I hope this depicts.

This Sunday I am at a steam Punk gathering at the local Narrow Boat working Museum about 20 minutes from my home so maybe more unusual images for the future.

Hi Vella
Its always so much fun at the Comicons, I uploaded and edited this image almost as soon as I got home as I knew I would be away from home most of the week and did not want to miss the deadline, yes white post needs to go as does the bright orange box on the railings to the right, this will be dealt with.
While I was away 1 of the group contacted me and they will be getting there picture this evening. |

I rarely get to see Nascar its usually on some channel or others early hours of the morning but when I have seen it,it is so thrilling.
Yes its a model do you know how I knew your write up for me it could have been the real full sized race car briliantly as always done and presented fabulous detail superb background I might suggest dropping the highlights very lower front but thats nit picking, send a copy to the team they would love it as much as I do. |

Hi Susan
May I start by sending my very best wishes for a speedy and pain free recovery wonderful to see you able to post again.
You have captured a piece of social history as already said by others in the group not easy to get access to,these buildings being abandoned will eventually become structually unsafe meaning they cannot be entered so its important they are recorded,I do agree with the removal of the board but otherwise you have done a great job in capturing the textures, signs of decay and abandonment of the building you made the most of your wonderful opportunity.

It was spur of the moment but I am back at the venue later this year and intend to make some time to get the shot I want with the sound advice at the forefront of my thinking.

Hi Nick
I love textures and shapes in images so this really sits well with me,I think you have positioned the pebbles perfectly as all the grain and cracks in the wood lead you to the pebbles and sand, beautifuly processed and presented. |

Hi John
Fabulous leading line sweeping us straight to the main subject the patches of snow really break up and and add contrast to the foreground, the horizon line broken by many distant trees and a great sky well seen and very well presented well worth getting out there. |
