I only have CS6 so do not have de haze but I can certainly look at the saturation and the clarity which has given it some real punch, many thanks.

4 Feb 23 Comment Hi Erik
May I start by adding my thanks and congratulations on your wonderful articles.
I have only seen images of this area bathed in beautiful green tones, you have recorded the model without her make up if you like, there is still a small oasis of green around the farm buildings and we still have that wonderful rolling landscape but you have shown the other sides, the hues and tones sit so well together the composition is perfect you took the time and made the effort to show the other face of this landscape, well done Erik.

4 Feb 23 Comment Hi Vella
You took full advantage of your wonderful elevated spot to get this picture, composition is perfect, colours breathtaking and every time you look at this image you will be transported back to your joy at the time of enjoying Mother Nature at her finest.

4 Feb 23 Comment Hi Guy
You have recorded an important piece of social history,I would not have noticed the lamp post if I had been walking up that hill like the young man I think my head would have been down, as already said another superb team effort, the composition works well for me the young man not only adds scale and interest but also an indication of how steep that hill is.
Just a thought I was led to believe Lincolnshire was the flattest County in England?

4 Feb 23 Comment Hi Bill
This is a stunning mono conversion the toning is perfect the textures are outstanding the lamp is part of the church so should remain for me,a shot like this should be mono every time for me great job.

4 Feb 23 Comment Hi Isaac
This image is straight to the point.
It was an old circus/music hall hall act cannot imagine how you train to do this but you have captured the full sequence brilliantly this would make a great panel.

4 Feb 23 Comment Hi Gary
One of those wonderful images you can look at time and time again and every time you view it you spot something you had not seen before. After leaving school my first job was in a very old flour Mill and that had overhead belts I am quite tall and had to be very careful so you have rekindled memories for me .
As already said great use of the wide angle and and a great rendition in low lighting an image I find fascinating.

31 Feb 23 Comment Hi Ella
Your ingenuity in finding everyday objects to photograph and make them so interesting never fails to amaze me your use of lighting and set up tireless search for perfection is a lesson to us all,I have to admit I have never tried Macro but I know it is so hard to keep focus on an object if you will excuse the pun this is pin sharp I love the strands of fibre on the thread the backdrop is fabulous and non obtrusive I'm in the enter it camp it deserves to be seen.

31 Feb 23 Comment Hi Ed
I'm in the don't crop it camp I think the growth above the door gives an indication of the neglect of the building and also adds interest, wonderful, wonderful textures and the doorway really well handled, well done.

31 Feb 23 Comment Hi Nick
This is so the kind of shot I am always looking out for I got a similar one on the sandhills at Crosby beach a week before the first lockdown, exposure perfect detail just right lighting beautifully handled I would have this on my wall.

31 Feb 23 Comment Hi Peter
Beautifully composed the church is perfectly placed in front of the hill behind so it stands out and is not lost in the background,I absolutely love the zig zags on the hillside created by the valleys and rising ground this is a real favourite of mine.

31 Feb 23 Reply Many thanks Peter yes I agree to work on the contrast on just the keys,I should have said in my write up I did not move the keys into the position I photographed them in,its how I found them and the 2 outer keys away from the main bunch is what so attracted them to me. Feb 15th
31 Feb 23 Comment Hi John
I think you know I love shapes in pictures so your original sits well with me,then you lost me in what you did but have created more shapes,so its win win, don't give up on that original.
All power to your creativety.
