Hi Erik
Just got my score card from Rumania it failed to be accepted by 1 point but out of 4 sections entered a total of 16 images I had 7 acceptances so very happy with that and all new work as well. |

Hi Erik
As always your kind comments are greatly appreciated I have entered it in in a Romanian International comp open colour PID to test the waters, its judged later this month. I have been lucky and had a a fair bit of success in Rumania in fact they awarded me an Honourary CPE this year much to my shock, surprise and delight. |

Hi Erik
every good picture tells a story and boy do I see in a story in this, the bird in the burrow looks like he is defending his territory giving the alien a steely stare, while the owl on the left is saying to the other one turn the hydrant on I'm on the diving board ready to dive in when the pools full it so makes me laugh I sooo love this Erik it just makes me smile or should I seek counselling. |

Hi Guy
Before Game of Thrones I think you may have had this location to yourself with possibly the odd local meandering by,but I think its on everyones to visit list.
You have produced a superb mono conversion that so works the lighting on the trees is stunning and beautifully handled with detail throughout,I so know the quality of your printing and choice of paper I think this will be a fabulous print.

Hi Bill
I love the total dynamism of this image the way the aspens frame the image leaving the fast flowing water does not draw you in it drags you in makes you look at the main subject more than any other image I have seen, the colours are wonderful the composition is as good as it gets boy I would so have this printed and on my wall. |

Hi Isaac
A wonderful piece of photojournalism and you are highlighting peoples stupidity they are encouraging the deer to regularly approach the road looking for food putting them in danger, also their own natural diet is so much better for them than any treats humans offer them, well done for highlighting this Isaac. |

Hi Gary
What a selection of images and edits to look at and every single one has its merits I love the fact the tiger is looking straight at you and the blurred background so makes the tiger stand out wonderfully, the edits bringing lifting the shadows ave done a great job fabulous image to finish off what I imagine was a great day at the zoo. |

Hi Ella
Im in Eds camp I was so taken by the superb detail on the bird and the way it stood out against the background I never noticed the branch near the tail and I feel many others would be the same,if you wanted to remove the branch you could copy the original remove the branch from that and leave the original as is and still enter nature, whichever another stunning nature image and one that brought me a lot of pleasure viewing. |

Hi Ed
Great angle fabulous lead in to the main structure and there is as Ella said good activity on the bridge which adds interest,I am definately on the side of the crop the sky right down and lets focus an this great structure and angle and perhaps try a bit more contrast.
A suggestion for a title May the road rise up to meet you. |

Hi Nick
Many thanks for your observations I have to admit the image was only taken about 2 days before I uploaded it so it was a quick edit and upload I certainly like the more contrasty look you have achieved and will certainly try and replicate it |

Hi Ella
Many thanks as always for your comments I do not want to do too much to the lines on the sculpture as I may use it in photo travel were minimal editing is allowed. |
