Ha ha Isaac thank you so much for reminding me, the second person in the boat acts as the balance moving from side to side same as the passenger on a sidecar racing bike you can see him using the strap to hold him in position the, first 2 have gained me acceptances in photojournalism sections in Internationals.I edited this one up because our next club comp is Illustrative which look on as photojournalism so I hit the archives. |

Hi Erik
As always a delight to see your nature images and this is something totally different the colours are beautiful the light must have been really challenging which makes the image even more remarkable.
A scene of peace and tranquility at the end of the day a joy to see. |

Hi Vella what an amazing image you must have been overjoyed to not only get this opportunity but to capture it so well, you have done a great job with such a large and your focus point was spot on the eyes are pin sharp.I was thinking you have another option with this image you could also use a larger crop on this and show the animals enviroment and still have the same impact just a thought I have just lightened slightly and done a quick crop not sure what you think. |

Hi Guy
Isaac has very much echoed my thoughts on the image, you have done so well controling the whites, living in North Yorkshire as you do I would imagine you get some pretty heavy snow falls on the Wirral we see about 2 snowflakes very 10 years.
An image I very much enjoyed beautifully framed and composed well done. |

Hi Bill
I have been to a couple of balloon meets in the U.K. your image has so captured the flavour and colours of the event, great choice of the main subject and the others so well placed in the frame,as Isaac mentioned I might remove the half balloon on the right edge.I always stay until dark at these events because they usually have what they call a night glow they tether the balloons then turn the burners on inflate the balloons and they are just giant balls of colour an amazing sight. |

Hi Isaac
I have seen many documentaries which have shown all these rock formations it must be an amazing experience to see them in real life,I really like the composition and the lingering mist in the background really adds to the image I realise you would have to have taken the picture quickly while you had this angle its a pity there is another boat in the gap between the rocks but that is beyond your control,I like Guys tweeks. |

Wonderful winter scene you have caught the movement in the waterfall perfectly I would just crop out the tree trunk on the very left side of the image. |

Hi Michael
Before we start on the picture tell you what I see this is such fun I see a giant otter climbing over the neck and head of a flamingo or should I ask Dr Isaac to change my medication?
If I had seen this I would have been walking round it looking at it from every angle is'nt nature wonderful I imagine you had very strong light on the day you have controlled it superbly great tonal range and I love the way you have managed to show the wonderful textures in the wood, right as Isaac is in my other group I am going to have a chat with him about my prescription. |
