Hi Erik
Thomas stole my thoughts my first reaction how atmospheric I so love the pano crop and I use it a lot in my work and it really compliments the image great choice.I love the way you captured the sweep around the dock the eye carries all the way along the sweep and I love the changing tones in the reflections of the water.
I have only one comment for an improvement and no one else has mentioned it so it may be me, among the buildings on the shoreline on the left hand side around 2 inches in there is a tiny but very bright red light and it kept catching my eye for me I would take it out but that may just be me,a very pleasing image after a pleasing dinner what more could you ask for? |

Hi Thomas
You only get that clarity on a cold morning superbly sharp the colours are so vibrant as already stated the tower is as it should be the main focus of attention I like the building on the right and the sign on the left because for me they hold the eye in the picture perhaps burn the sign in a little just to take away from attracting the eye but a beautiful calming picture as said I especially love the vibrancy you have captured. |

Hi Thomas
the world football family has shown the most fantastic support for the fight for justice campaign of which the people of Liverpool are not only very aware of but also very appreciative of.I was lucky enough to meet many Borussia Dortmund fans when they played Liverpool last year and had the most fantastic tine with them and of course we have the link with Borussia through Herr Klopp. |

Hi Isaac
Firstly can I say I so hope you were using a carbon fibre tripod or you yourself may have been flipped to use a popular term in this Group.
All I can say is WOW what an image immediate impact the 3 images have been combined seemlessly a dramatic and atmospheric image which above all else captures not just the moment but the milli second. If this does not win you prizes then I will be amazed. |

Hi Joe
I riot of colour to lighten the rainy and gloomy weather we have had on Merseyside this week as already said well spotted the cut off window does not bother me it makes it a lttle more abstract sometimes as they say less is more and I think that is the case here well edited and very well presented it brightened my day up. |

Hi Erik
Not only is it a memorial but as important to me it is a record of Social History again thank you so much for your editing advice as I have said before this is more like a very close family rather than a group. |

Isaac thank you so much for your kind words I was very aprehensive about taking the camera to such a sensitive and evocative event especially living on Merseyside I have followed the story of the fight for Justice closely and I am fully aware of the sensitivities of the situation but the reaction I have had including from some of the families has been very humbling. |

Hi Ella
You after my job seriously superb image tonal range is superb fantastic pose, above all and most importantly the eyes are absolutely pin sharp and superbly lit the background ensures your eye takes in one thing and one thing only the main subject of the picture as you know I do a lot of this sort of work when someone is in character costume I always say its not about the picture I want to take its about how you want to show off your character you take the pose you want when you are happy let me know and we will get the shot this also relaxes them and makes them concentrate on getting their pose right and they almost forget there is a photographer there then its one shot photography all the way.Ella this image will do so well for you and it deserves to,so well done with the capture and the editing. |

Hi Ed
Really well composed image with a lot of detail I like Pauls tweaks to the image because like Rashid I thought it was a really good image but just lacking a bit of contrast to give it a little more punch but well seen and very well presented. |

Hi Rashid
I love the composition of this image the way you have left the gateway in down each side really focuses the attention through the picture the tower is right on a third I also think you have a very strong competition entry here I agree with Paul perhaps a touch of contrast but very well seen and superbly composed. |

Hi John
A great composition the hills in the background really give a real depth to the image at the risk of sounding boring I agree with the other Group members I thing this would make a great photo travel image also I the colour version would make a great postcard. |

Hi Peter
the tonal range on this image is outstanding shutter speed perfect to show the power and movement of the flow of water but enough to retain enough detail a very powerful and atmospheric image. |
