Hi Erik
I like a good pano and this is a good one the strong colours really grab your eye, living on the West Coast of England I know only too well how strong and vibrant the colours of the sunset can be on buildings and you have controlled them really well, the sky adds great contrast to the rich colours of the condo and contrast of the 2 adds real impact, the buildings are almost like a pen and ink drawing which really appeals to me.Erik the only thing I noticed I think there a couple of dust sensor spots in the sky just zoom in a touch and have a look and if so remove them otherwise I can't better Guys comment of a very restful and pleasing image. |

Hi Guy
Firstly great choice to go monochrome and it is a true mono a complete range of tones with no loss of detail in pure white and pure black the noise does not worry me in the least and could be contemporary with the age of the car, flipped and unflipped the image stands up well, you must have been annoyed someone put a car in the way of one of your beloved staircases.
Seriously an outstanding mono image well done Guy. |

Hi Bill
The image has a really ethereal look to me the undergrowth looks like it could be from a book of fairy tales and the mist adds to the mystery who is the lone lady on the path and where is she headed well I now know who the lady is but it still tells a story and asks a question like any good image should,I do like Isaacs flip putting the leading line in the bottom left hand corner well edited and well composed. |

Hi Isaac
This is right up my street I
love shapes and textures in pictures whether the diagonal was deliberate or slightly rotated in editing it really works and as everyone has already said the tractor and the 2 farm workers just complete the picture your struggles and frostbite were well worth it as far as I am concerned if it were me it would be printed and on my wall. |

Hi Joe
I really like this I like the crop used on it I think Isaacs crop works really well,if it was not for the rain there may have been red clothes but no red umbrellas higher up the image if it was'nt for that you would have had greenish foreground green mid and background the colours add life and vibrancy to it but because of the dull conditions do not overpower it Guys edit gives it even more punch the hardest person to please is yourself if you like it thats all that matters the truth be known I like it as well because as you said its different. |

Hi Bill
What a great idea to use a walk in closet that and the black cloth have really made the Orchids colours stand out beautifully and make them the main focal point the flashlight was just right it has picked out the flowers perfectly without blowing out any highlights so great job as Bill said each individual flower can be seen without obstruction which is perfect.Bill I detected a touch of colour noise in the black background so I opened it in Camera Raw and just ease the colour noise slider slightly to the right and this seemed to remove it I also noted a tiny red spot just under the upper right flower and a tiny green spot under lower middle flower these I removed with the spot healing brush.A beautiful capture of the Orchids which you should be proud of |

Hi Paul
Another very evocative image from you remarkable quality considering the lighting conditions I have no strong feelings about the composition and you as the author have produced it how you want I might add to Peters suggestions ever so slightly darkening the background in the "negative space"not much, but as I said a very evocative photo and that is what photography is about creating an emotion or feeling you have acheived that. |

Hi Rashid
I echo what everyone else has said about the symmetry its perfectly composed and gives great impact, the 2 women are vital for scale but also to add an interest and a place for the eye to rest on its journey through the picture,I am of the same opinion as Peter I would just lower the highlights very slightly on the centre area of the image, a brilliant geometric image well seen and well composed. |

Hi John
Its well documented I love shapes in images and this is another great spot by you I made a couple of small adjustments firstly I cropped down from the top to the apex of the curve then upped the contrast a touch and a little local dodging that just focuses on the lovely curve you spotted another really well seen image by you John. |

Hi Peter
A really well thought out composition wherever you look there is something going on I especially like the waves breaking against the rocks just above the arch as always toning and contrast spot on another superb landscape. |

Hi Ella
I know how excited you were about this trip and boy this shot was worth going for alone the eyes are so sharp your focus was spot on I think the narrow depth of field really makes the eye settle on the face, mouth slightly open ears flat back this is more than an animal portrait this really captures the moment and the emotion of the animal a very powerful image this I think will do very well for you it deserves to. |

Hi Diana
That sky is to die for and the way those clouds part around the tower fills the frame and adds tremendous impact I think Carol has stolen my thunder as I also thought there was so much more to get out of that sky I also thought that because of the extremely strong sun on the front of the tower some of the detail was blown so I opened it up in camera RAW dropped the highlights right down opened up the shadows then opened up in photoshop and did some dodging and burning on the front face and near side of the building and the sky each change on a seperate layer and dropped opacity on some of them I may have overdone the sky oh and I cropped the car out on the left, sorry for fiddling with your pic but just thought there was so much more in that fantastic sky. |
