Hi Erik
Your walk around the mission really paid off this is really well seen and observed I agree with Guy the lovely warm tones on the gate and building are complimented by the clear blue cloudless sky I love the way the top of the gate fills what would have been a dead space in the sky really well composed and seen. |

Hi Bill
I love your take on this great tone and lighting throughout the starburst adds a focal point I am with the others on the contrail. |

Hi Guy
you most certainly will never bore me with your stair shots you have a great eye for composition.I love the way you have used the stairs to frame the picture the contrast between yellows/oranges framing the pale blue gives tremendous depth to the picture long may your lens point at staircases. |

Hi Bill
Love your neon orchids I found the further back I stood from my monitor the stronger the image got it reminds me a little of a fractalius filter. An image that would so grab the judges attention in a creative or open colour competition. |

Hi Isaac
As Bill said I actually like it as a pattern shot that is meant as a compliment not as a criticism as already said the final touch is the Pelican with his beak open just breaks the pattern I also like the way each of the birds heads are slightly offset taking the eye through the picture my only suggestion would be to crop it down from the top to the top of the birds heads to really give even more impact but thats your call Isaac again another wonderful image from this group. |

Hi Joe
A very simple minimal shot that really works for me each one of the colours compliments the other even the strong blue sits in there perfectly a really well seen and framed image I find very soothing to look at and one that I would hang on my wall. |

Hi Guy thanks so much for your comments its so much fun at these events apparently the mask goes with the character and they are very particular in being precise on detail.as I said I wanted it to look slightly ethereal hence the darkening but I take your point and I will re- visit it as always the groups thoughts are very important to me. |

Hi Erik
I think Isaac is possibly more qualified than me for mole removal but I took the plunge and removed it and the patient seems to be doing well, seriously Erik thanks for that I had'nt noticed it until you pointed it out and once you spot it your eye goes to it. |

Hi Paul
I love the contrast between the sharp defined lines of the zebras and the light out of focus background really makes the image stand out for me. |

Hi Rashid
I think this is a very clever image the girl sat on the end of the pier so makes the image and the intent of the image my only observation I would just take the highlights down slightly on the left hand side but a very clever and thought provoking image. |

Hi John
Again many congratulations on your acceptance with the previous image I love the way the large rock on the left points the eye directly to the lighthouse lots of foreground texture and detail and I like the way the angle has narrowed the width of the water, as already suggested the sky is good but have a look with a grad filter or a mask to see what you van bring out in it.This location is serving you well. |
