This is a beautiful reflection shot in New York, which is always such a fascinating city. The mix of elements works really well in the frame. I can't help but keep looking for a little human figure somewhere in the corner - it would complete that lively, bustling New York feeling. Great photo! |

I really like this interesting composition. It draws the eye to search and explore all the different elements and details in the frame. The diagonals always add a sense of energy and movement, and it's great that you kept the colors - they balance out the monochromatic section nicely. It's a pleasant reminder of the days when machine oil was used on moving parts. Beautiful shot! |

The composition of this photo is excellent. The way the vibrant colors in the lower two-thirds work together with the calm, almost colorless top third is just perfect. The gardens around the Loire Valley châteaux are always so beautiful - and this image captures that wonderfully. |

Your composition is spot on, and this really feels like a photo made for black and white. The shapes and overall aesthetics are beautiful. I still find myself wishing for a tiny figure somewhere in the corner - it would add a fun little detail. Really lovely shot! |

Wonderful photograph. The composition is precise, drawing the viewer's eye to wander across all the elements in the frame. The interaction between the people in the street and those inside the shop adds great interest, as does the reflection of the street in the window - almost with a Lee Friedlander touch. The black-and-white treatment creates a calm and serene atmosphere, yet I still find myself curious to see it in color. I imagine the left wall in warm brown tones and the green shrub on the right. |
