Cindy, this is a magnificent image from multiple levels.
I like the way you did stronger pasinting on the background and less on the car.
I also liked the way you selected an overall rust colored hue to the image and finally adding the tree & grass created a much more interesting overall composition.

Your substitution of the background is just perfect. It isolates the main subject well.
What I liked about this rather wild looking painting was that the runner's hair was all over the place and you created thsi almost crazy looking, but appropriate artistic rendition of it. |
