Your removal of the trash bag & filling in with flowers markedly improves the scene and the flowers form a lovely border at the base.
I like the way the maid turned to look at you.
the painting is especially effective on the brickwork.

Gerhard first of all I am so sorry to read about your illness. Yes, I know it is an intensive and stressful form of treatment, but we must just pray that with your patience, endurance and good medical care that you will successfully overcome this.
the king of beasts is The Original! and your painting technique makes both him and the background fit this definition very well.

You & Pat are giving us delightful fairytale paintings.
I love the way you you isolated the dragon ship & had it flying though the sky.
All the people in it also have this fairytale appearance to them as a result of judicious painting.

Pat, I marvel at your digital skills to be able to create such a wonderful fantasy scene, down to the castle reflection in the water. I wont begin to ask how you accomplished all that.
However, once you got beyond that the painting technique works perfectly to round it off.
