the cropping worked perfectly
the yellow background makes the brightly painted orchid flower stand out perfectly.

Although I understand your good rationale for changing to a fall color pattern as I look at this image I see the dominant component being the branches and not the foliage.
Perhaps the foliage need to be brighter to make an impact. |

This looks like a wonderful muted canvas painting. It is far more effective & eye-catching than the original. The canvas texture is just perfect.

Wonderfully whimsical.
Guinea fowls are the most wonderful landbirds and just lend themselves to you painting.
I love what you have done to the reflections and other water effects. |

the composition is much better that the original and the painting is much more effective.
You really get the felling of fighting horses and I like the almost abstract from of the background horses. |
