Hi Bob, I use Superimpose or Leonardo, both layering and blending Apps. You can flip the images horizontally or vertically, have them on an angle or squeeze or stretch the images. You can also use the blending modes. At the moment I recommend Superimpose because they have not updated
Leonardo for quite a while..... on my phone it is taking the images in at the lowest resolution and they look terrible |

Oh, yes! Black and white is even better than the coloured one. It looks almost of another world because it is so shiny! |

Wow! Those roses are amazing! We can't grow roses where I live so I truly appreciate all the trouble you must go to to get a display like this |

Oh! I couldn't stop laughing when I read your comments about keeping the toys! I have to admit that I have small toy farm animals... but I haven't used them for ages!
When I first saw the image .... for 1 second, I thought it was a real lizard... so you've done a good job with your editing. Love the eggs! |

Hi Barbara and Mark,
I am also in Group 51 if you would like to see my image there!
I too have been teaching creative editing on the Smart phone at the Australian Convention for the last 2-3 years. This year I will be teaching on the "community" day when the main delegates are off on tours.
Last year I travelled around Queensland visiting country clubs (that wanted me!!!) giving talks about the smart phone and other things.
Sometimes I give lessons in my home…if people want to come here.
I was very interested to hear that you are doing the same for the PSA, Mark!
BTW I prefer Leonardo over Superimpose but, although the makers have updated Superimpose they have not updated Leonardo. When I updated my phone last year the images would not come into the phone at high quality and they looked terrible. Leonardo works perfectly on my iPad.
I know I have to learn to like Superimpose because it works on all platforms whereas Leonardo only works on iOS.

Sorry, Barbara (and everyone), My life is so busy now because I am in charge of running the next convention (and other things) for the Australian PS!
Usually it is an achievement just to get an image up!
Mostly my images are constructed on the iPhone. (sometimes I use an iPad....depending on whether the dog gives me enough room on the chair).
In the APP SuperimposeX on my iPhone I layered the first background over the flowers then went through the blending modes (similar to Photoshop) until I liked the effect.
I erased most of the background from the flowers.
then I added the layer of a music over everything and again went through the blending modes.
I then removed most of the music from the flowers but I tend too like a bit of overflow of the texture on the edges of my subjects. then I flattened the image and saved.

Hi Brad, for me, your beautiful photo of the drops themselves, does not fit into this image. I see the boat near the Forrest and the blurry part of the raindrops in the background as the story. The smiley face would seem really mystical. The light coming through the Forrest is magical! Phill |

I LOVE seeing your thought processes! .... a bit like my processes!!! I also LOVE the railway lines going into the book. I think I would remove the lady and have the guy with the suitcase going in the middle of the end of the railway line into the book.... wouldn't worry about having a scene IN the book..... the story would be him starting his own story! Hi Aavo, yes, you have lost some credibility in the rainbow and the wolf. I like the idea of using the wolf and the rainbow but I feel you need a more open background for your story.... perhaps the wolf could be on a rock overlooking a vast scene with the rainbow going down to that scene? |
