Thank you so much for your comments everyone. I did rather like the result....even though I guy in our club went on a Facebook tirade about it! |

A great portrait image. I guess you could remove the lines and spots behind him and then it would be super perfect! Would you ever use this in the camera club? Not sure if I am game or whether it will be picked to pieces when they look at them closely. We have portraits in a couple of months. |

What a wonderful find! The colors and the raindrops tell the story and the asphalt makes the perfect background. |

I love the detailed foreground and the path that takes us to the muted sunrise in the distance. Wonderful composition.

I love the feeling that the landscape is going through the tree. The colours are beautiful. The bark textures are amazing |

I had no idea that the fisheye could look this good! I will have to see where I could use one! The contrasty black and white is very effective as are the dark figures against the light background. |

I'm presently doing a course with Susan Tuttle and Nicki Fitzgerald in iColorama.
We were supposed to do a line drawing of a naked person but I couldn't do it. I tried to do the line drawing around my Grand daughter ….pretty hopeless. Took me a week to get to this stage!
I did the painting in Procreate on my iPad. when I took it into iColorama I discovered that in some of the "preset" colours you can get some pretty interesting effects, especially in the white highlights. |

Hi Betty, originally she is in the lounge room putting on nail polish. For the finished image I thought she looked rather waif like so added the frame and mysterious background. I usually like to leave it up to the imagination of the viewer! |

What a wonderful work of art! The textures are beautiful. Not sure of you needed so many butterflies but I just LOVE the image altogether! |

OH! I had to have a chuckle! I love the dark image and the flower really sets it off....and makes you think about the message! |

The image you have put ups much better that the one with the visible fish...though because you cannot SEE the fish it now appears that your subjects need to be more in the middle of the image! I would never have thought of using this combination and it really works well. Perhaps a little vignetting in the corners? |
