51 May 17 Comment Hi Sol, the Magpie Geese were taken by myself on my iPhone from our camp beside a wildlife reserve. We had to wait here for 2 1/2 weeks... long by story! Anyway in a way it was lucky we had to wait there that long because it wasn't till the last few days that I managed to recognize their calls and get out the phone in time. This is a collage of the birds as the biggest group was 4 birds. They do not fly in formation like some geese. May 7th
51 May 17 Comment I love how you have combined all the elements to create an entirely different image. The flower in the middle and the frame make a really professional art work. May 2nd
51 May 17 Comment I love what you have done with the tower.... you have brought it to life! The birds give it the finishing touch. May 2nd
51 May 17 Comment I wish I could have coffee in such a beautiful garden! Have you thought of slightly reducing the green in the garden on the right so that the pink flowered tree stands out more?
I'm not sure what the gray object is beside the chair on the left but you could easily crop it out if you wanted to!

51 May 17 Comment This is sooooo clever! Very effective and made me smile! The vignetting has brought our attention to exactly where you want us to look! May 2nd
51 May 17 Comment I had not heard of that App! You don't seem to have lost any quality at all and the d tail is amazing! Well worth all the effort! May 2nd
51 May 17 Comment Love the feeling of movement in the sky! Sometimes it pays to go into the settings and perhaps reduce the opacity of the App.
I used this app on an image that I was trying to make look like a Turner painting .... use it in a talk that I give.... and every time I look at it now I WISH I had reduced the strength of the effect! I'm not saying you should do that here but it IS possible to fiddle in the settings!

54 May 17 Comment For me the FX is a little too strong for your magnificent subjects. I think, if it were mine, I would reduce the strength of the filter and then reduce the bright colors of the background. This would help bring out your subjects. I would be so excited to see them in the wild that I think I would forget to take the photos! May 29th
54 May 17 Comment This is beautifully and tastefully done! In one month's time I will be doing something similar for my Grand daughter! We have been thinking about various ideas!
I love the receding softness of the flowers and the flower in her hair.

54 May 17 Comment Welcome to the group Ricky! I apologise for being late with my comments.
I think this is a fabulous concept and image! I once did something similar with my Grand daughter's head (....though I cut her head straight across) and I like the way you have a curved/shaped division better!
You have placed the components in a really interesting and well edited way! It made me smile....because she is smiling and obviously enjoying the "experience"!

54 May 17 Comment Thanks for your comments everyone.
Aavo all the birds were detailed and reasonably sharp but the lighter light/colors of the actual Sun seem to have lightened them!

54 May 17 Comment It is hard to believe that this is not a straight image. What a lot of work it must have been to put them together so seemlesdly! I had to smile when I read your story and saw the heavily laden bike! May 2nd
