I can see you spent quite some time developing this-even creating the perfect little fly from scratch! Also, I love the character of your new green background showing hints of grasses. So creative! |

I like the redone shade of green to set-off the sunshine more than the original gloomy blue grey. It does rather look like a museum collection piece which is down to the simple basic shapes and no strong details. |

Well, Gerhard, I sure never know what you will come up with next! You seem to have caught right on to Mixer Brush. I can't find anything to "rip apart" on this. It's refreshing and exciting to see the surfer at that angle on the wave. |

Well, the raindrops were not very evident in the original, so no great loss. Your improvements have turned this into such a lovely representation of spring, with the lavender shade in the background. Very painterly. |

Whatever your original may have been, this colorful rendition reeks of FUN and celebration! I can see why you were successful selling it. I also liked the slight change made by Nancy.

Thank you, Nancy. I do like the way it looks better after you removed the pink rose on the lower right side. |

Guess I'm the only one who fails to see a reflection of your car. This was certainly worth your pulling over for one last shot, however. There's a lot to see in this and it is rendered well in black and white tones. |

Thanks for all your comments! It was fun seeing this architecture in a new way with the apps I used. |

It makes an interesting study of how smooth-appearing dunes actually look, close-up. I particularly like the tiny ripples between the ripples and the way they all lead my eye up to the bright area. The day we visited there I didn't see anything as impressive as this. |

I hope you had a Happy Easter, Ruth and thanks for the cute greeting. The only change I'd suggest would be to try to darken the leaves (and pot on the right side ) to keep the eyes on the bunnies. |

I thought right away of "View of Toledo" by El Greco with that dark dramatic sky behind ancient sunlit buildings. I do like the way you cropped it. |

While the monotone version looks nice and sharp and technically interesting, it's still your color version that delivers all the punch. The tile is like stained glass and your mirrored version has that big interesting swoop shape, to boot. |

If you hadn't told us, I'd never have guessed what you shot a photo of. It reminds me of some outer space movie title page. I haven't used Night Mode, so it's nice to be reminded what is in the cell phone's bag of tricks. |
