I might have composed the photo differently if I was there and could see more of the car. I look at the image and it does not "click" for me I like the reflection in the image but I would edit out most of the yellow light. However, this composition is art more than photography. |

This required good equipment and was technically a very good image. The detail in the leaves and pedals was very good. The editing of the original image is very good. |

I think the light reflecting from the petals is too intense. I think the black background is nice. The image light direction and intensity could be greatly improved using Corel Painter. However, this software is difficult to use. If I have time, I will use Nik filters to modify this image |

This is artistically and technically an excellent macro image. |

My best book concerning composition is by Klaus Bohn MPA,F/SPPA,A. He states that good composition is keeping the eye in the photograph. Because your image is so busy, I think this is difficult for your image. Also, the image which is art requires a center of interest. |

You think this image must be sharp which is not necessary. As I will mention in another comment, there is nothing artistically or technically wrong with a soft image! Many professional photographers create soft images |

Other photographers in the group do not understand that a soft image is fine. As a matter of fact, professional photographers often shot soft images. This image is soft because the camera was hand held, the time the image was shot and the shutter speed was probably a factor. |
