45 Oct 24 Comment Monochrome really brings out the details and contrast in this scene. I agree with David that the man gives it scale but I would like to be able to see him better by lightening his jacket. Oct 11th
45 Oct 24 Comment I thought I got the original and the post processed photos right. If not, I apologize. It's a very cheerful photo. Love the colors. I like the lightened lower right butterfly in the larger photo above. I would also suggest simplifying the photo by cloning out the single bud in the top left and the partial flowers on the top and middle right. Oct 11th

45 Oct 24 Comment It's a wonderful shot made for monochrome. You captured the figure at just the right time. For me, the head is lost in the dark background. I lightened the area arround her head. Oct 11th
45 Oct 24 Comment This is a wonderful photo and I really like the car trails which lead me right to the temple. Very well captured. I do agree with Robert and David about too much foreground and I like David's crop very much. I would also suggest you straigthen the image which seems to be leaning slightly to the left. Oct 11th

57 Oct 24 Comment The contrast of the black against the light wood is good. Your subject has reasonabe focus, although maybe a little soft on the chain. I like the angle of the chain saw and strap. For my taste it is a little bright. I added some texture, vignette and grunge as well as darkened it a little. Oct 21st
